Charlie , Service User
Thank you for always going above and beyond for all my needs and always being available to talk to. I am grateful that staff have provided emotional support, and my mental health improved.
At Carebright Living, we provide two core services designed to support individuals at different stages of their recovery journey.
Our Step Down Service offers structured, short-term supported accommodation for individuals transitioning from hospital or crisis settings back into the community.
Our Home Care Service delivers professional home care support directly within your own home, helping individuals maintain stability, dignity and independence in familiar surroundings.
Together, these services ensure the right level of support is available at the right time.
We offer a short-term supportive transitional environment that provides a person-centred approach to encourage independence and empowers individuals to relearn skills, build confidence and facilitates a smooth reintegration into the community for individuals recovering from a crisis or hospital admission.

Carebright Living is a step down provider based in the heart of the West Midlands, committed to delivering safe, structured and compassionate care. We focus on enabling and empowering individuals to maintain their independence within the community, offering tailored support that promotes stability, confidence and long-term wellbeing.
We provide structured care and support across the West Midlands, both within our Step Down Houses and in individuals’ own homes. Through collaboration with healthcare professionals, families and community services, we create clear, person-led pathways that help individuals feel positive about their future, their choices and their goals.
Our step down services are built around your hopes, goals and recovery journey. We provide safe, respectful and collaborative care that empowers individuals to manage their mental health, build life skills and actively participate in their communities, whilst ensuring support is always shaped around your individual needs and long-term aspirations.
We work in partnership with referral agencies throughout the county and beyond. We support people who are in recovery, living with an ongoing mental health problem, or learning disability. Partnership working is of importance, and we will work constructively with health and social work professionals to ensure that we offer a focused and robust service to our clients, in a caring, safe environment.
We welcome referrals from partners in health or social services.

To the staff and patients at Spencer House, thank you for looking after me and making my stay a pleasant experience. All the best for the future.
Thank you for my time at Poppleton, I not only made lifelong friends here but rested, recovered, and developed my self-esteem to its full potential. Your staff team are amazing, kind, loyal and honest and very considerate and hardworking support workers. They are all a credit to the company. I was sad the day I left but you built me up and gave me the tools to become strong, happy, healthy and to trust in life.
We work collaboratively with local authorities and healthcare professionals to deliver structured step-down support that promotes recovery and long-term stability.
