Our Team

Our team is lead by our CQC Registered Manager alongside a dedicated team of highly skilled professional support staff who have significant experience in working with people with learning disabilities and Autism.

All staff are inducted through certification with Skills for Care. In house induction includes training in safeguarding, equality and diversity, cultural awareness, CQC standards, radicalisation,  the Autistic Spectrum and Aspergers, listening skills, medication, Mental Health Disorders, providing emotional support and PBS (Positive Behaviour Support).

Other person specific training is accessed/developed according to individual circumstances to deliver person centred support. All staff have or are working to NVQ 2,3 or 5.

Training

Each support worker undergoes continuous training that ensures that we deliver the highest quality services.

Other training includes risk management, understanding of mental health conditions, communication, capacity and deprivation of liberty safeguards (DOLS) dignity/privacy training and skills training.

Support

We have staff on duty and available 24/7. We also have staff available on call should extra support be required.

All of our staff are trained to deliver expert empathetic and responsive support with a robust on site management team.
