Quality Housing with Quality Support

Supportive Services

Support with your accommodation.

At Carebright Living we understand that with rights comes responsibilities, and we are here to help with all aspects of a tenancy.

  • Paying your bills
  • Sorting out your benefits
  • Organising insurances
  • Planning a budget
  • Understanding a lease
  • Applying for future accommodation when the time is right to move on.

We are also able to support with those important independent living skills –

  • Maintaining the environment to a good standard
  • Reporting faults
  • Organising repairs
  • Getting a TV licence
  • Getting on with your neighbours
  • Registering with a GP and a dentist.

Outreach Services

At Carebright Living you do not have to move into one of our homes to benefit from our support. You may already live in the community, but are finding it difficult to manage. Health, debt, isolation and lack of a friendly face can all mean you find it difficult. This is where we arrive! We will support you to get the right advice at the right time, and to find some security at this important time.

We will also support people that move out of our homes into their own tenancy.

Support Services

Support isn’t just about the physical environment, it is about the emotional one too. We value our clients as individuals, as unique, and as such their support plan will reflect this.

We work closely with our clients and family to plan a support package that meets all their needs and aspirations. This can include –

  • Personal care
  • Medication
  • Maintaining good physical and mental health
  • Developing and maintaining relationships
  • Vocational, leisure and education goals
  • Cultural and religious access

We will provide a service where staff are available throughout the day and night. We will provide a trained and qualified team  to deliver expert, empathetic and responsive support, with a robust on-site management team.

We are able to support clients to access specialist services, whether they be psychiatric, psychology, district nursing or medical. Staff have good knowledge of the locality and the opportunities available.  We aim to provide a therapeutic community where our service users can recover from ill health, or where they can develop their independent living skills.
